Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Requirements Definition: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to fully understand project goals, scope, and deliverables.

2. Project Organisation Leadership: Take the lead in establishing project teams, assigning roles, and crafting a well-structured project plan.

3. Project Timelines Management: Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely completion.

4. Fiscal Responsibility: Effectively manage project budgets, expenses, and financial resources.

5. Motivation of Project Team: Inspire and lead cross-functional teams towards achieving project objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven Experience: Demonstrate a successful track record in delivering engineering projects, particularly M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) systems installations.

Supplier Negotiation: Exhibit proficiency in negotiating with suppliers and managing on-site sub-contractors.

Technical Understanding: Showcase the ability to interpret technical drawings, including P&ID schemes.

Effective Communication: Possess strong communication skills for seamless collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Initiative and Autonomy: Prove your ability to take initiative and work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Flexible Hours: Display a willingness to work unsociable hours, including night shifts, to address urgent site work and meet client demands.

Software Proficiency: Demonstrate a good understanding of AutoCAD, MS Project, and the MS Office suite.

Continuous Process Environment: Bring experience in a continuous process industry, an advantageous asset.

Collaboration: Show your ability to work collaboratively with other Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

Problem-Solving: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges.

Work Planning: Prove your effectiveness in planning and organising project tasks.

Health and Safety: Demonstrate familiarity with health and safety requirements.

Quality Control: Possess knowledge of Quality Control Systems (e.g., ISO 9001).


A tertiary qualification in an Engineering discipline or relevant industry experience.

Formal training in Project Management (e.g., Prince 2 or APM) is a significant advantage.
