As a Billing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes, working closely with customers and various internal departments.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with customers and internal teams to handle complex billing tasks in order to generate accurate invoices using SAP.
Utilize your expertise in interrogating the system to extract necessary information for creating invoices.
Manage billing plans, attested documents, and foreign currencies.
Excel in spreadsheet management, maintaining accurate records and data.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiently use Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP to streamline billing operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in billing administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency in SAP, including the ability to navigate the system and extract relevant information.
Excellent skills in spreadsheet management, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with billing plans, attested documents, and foreign currencies.
Exceptional organizational skills, enabling efficient handling of multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for creating and managing documents.
Positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
A valid driver’s license is preferred due to the location.
